Do you accept card payment?
Yes, we accept card payments, apple pay and cash.
Is there parking?
Yep there is space in front of the salon.
What about a deposit?
All new customers are required to pay half of the treatment cost at the patch test, the other half is paid on the treatment. If your treatment does not require a patch test (waxing & massage) please contact the salon and you can pay via PayPal or bank transfer.
Deposits are non-refundable, if you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the planned time or do not attend your appointment.
How do I book?
Visit my Facebook or Instagram page, follow the links at the bottom of the page. Please book in advance, at Tiger Lilli Beauty we get super busy.
Do I need a patch test?
Every new client needs a patch test for most of our treatments, even if you have had the same treatment somewhere else, as we may use different products. If you haven't had the treatment with us recently you may also need a patch test, but this will be discussed on booking.
Can I change or cancel my appointment?
Please contact the salon as soon as possible. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the planned treatment you may be charged.
If you cancel or do not arrive to your planned appointment twice you will be required to pay your total treatment price in advance via PayPal or bank transfer. We also may not accept your booking in future.
