My mission is to empower aspiring and established beauty professionals with the skills, confidence and real world knowledge needed to succeed in the Eyelash and Brow industry. With over 15 years experience and 400+ students trained, I deliver expert-led Eyelash Extension and Brow courses in Grantham that focuses on quality, technique and long-term career growth.
I pride myself on teaching in small course groups, ensuring every student receives personalised guidance, support and mentorship. Our groups are small, friendly and welcoming, in my experience the best learning happens when you are relaxed.
My training is designed to feel supportive and not intimidating - so you can learn and grow, leaving the course confident.

All our courses have been developed to provide our students with the highest standard of training. Tiger Lilli Beauty are specialists in Lash Extensions & Brow Treatments, so you know that you will learn the most up to date trends and real industry advice during our training days; expand your knowledge with salon tips and tricks so you can provide the highest level of service to your clients.

DO YOU NEED ANY QUAILIFACTIONS?
Most of our courses are developed for complete beginners, however for our volume lash extension course you will need to hold a classic lash qualification. We will also help with business and marketing advice so even if your brand new to the beauty industry our Lash and Brow courses will give you the knowledge to not just qualify but succeed in your journey.

WHATS INCLUDED?
You will receive extensive manual, detailing everything you will ever need to know about your chosen subject, we are proud to write and update our Lash and Brow Course manuals with the most current industry standards.

WHAT HAPPENS ON THE DAY OF THE COURSE?
We cover both theory and practical learning.
Our courses start at 10am and finish at 4pm. We cover all aspects of your course from customer care to advanced techniques - they are designed so you feel confident enough to take clients straight away. All courses you will need a model, from 1 - 4pm we understand it can be difficult to source a model if you need help in finding a model let us know and we can support. All our courses are 1 day, however your learning doesn't finish there we will stay in touch with continued support after the course.
We only take a maximum of 4 students per course to keep a welcoming and friendly environment for learning.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING ON THE DAY?
No we provide all the products and equipment you will need.

WHAT ABOUT INSURANCE?
When you have passed your course, you will receive a Qualification Certificate, you will then be able to gain insurance. We are proudly accredited by BIA (Beauty Industry Approval).

CAN I FAIL A COURSE?
Honestly - it would be hard to fail, with such small course groups we create a really supportive environment, we may ask for more case studies as we have a duty to ensure you safe to work on the public - however this is rare and even if that does happen just think of it as more learning.
98% of our students pass on the day of the course.

AFTER THE COURSE...
You may be asked to send case studies if we feel like you need some additional learning - however this will be discussed on a individual basis - case studies are not essential in most cases however we do encourage you to stay in touch to continue your learning. At Tiger Lilli Training we are passionate about our student’s success, we offer ongoing support after the completion of your Lash or Brow course totally free of charge.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
Terms and conditions. We require a 50% deposit payment on booking you will receive email confirmation once your payment has been processed. The full payment is due 48 hours prior to the course. Cancellations within 48 hours of your course date will not be refunded or rescheduled. Kits will be provided on the day of the course (applicable courses only). We have the right to hold certification if we feel you are unsafe to perform treatments on the public, you may be asked to send extra case studies after the course.
