Booking

Visit our services page to book easily online. If you have any queries prior to booking you can contact us on our social media (links at the bottom of the page) We can not treat anyone under the age of 16. All trainees must be over 18.

Payment 

We require a 50% deposit at the point of booking, this is taken from the treatment cost. This includes payment for training courses, please contact the salon directly for more info on training payments. 

Cancellations

We understand you may need to cancel or change your booking, you may do so up to 48 hours prior to planned appointment. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the planned appointment time then your deposit will be lost and is not transferable to another appointment.

Patch Testing

You must have a patch test at least 48 hours prior to treatment. All of the treatments we offer (other than a basic brow wax) require a patch test. This is to protect you from a potential allergic reaction. If you attend your appointment without receiving a patch test we will be unable to treat you and you will loose your deposit. A patch test is required even if you have had the same treatment somewhere else or even if you have never had an allergic reaction before. Patch testing takes about 5 minutes, its also a great time to have a consultation and discuss any queries you may have prior to the treatment.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS 

Refunds & Returns 

We accept refunds and returns within 14 days of purchase. You must return the product in its original packing and the product must be unopen to receive a full refund, we do not take any responsibility for returns postage costs. 

Damaged Goods 

All of our products are quality checked thoroughly before shipping and shipped in protective packaging. However if you find the product is faulty then you will receive a full refund, please be aware we will ask for proof of the faulty products. Please send back the faulty product, you will be reimbursed for all postage costs. Please email us directly to discuss and arrange a faulty product return. 

Shipping

All products are shipped via royal mail 2nd class postage. Orders will arrive within 3-5 working days of purchase.
